The Hamnavøe Gallery
 
 
The Gallery is located at the top of Fonthill Road in Aberdeen's west end. There is ample parking near the gallery and a car park situated across the road.

The name Hamnavøe comes from the Old Norse word for Stromness in Orkney meaning  "haven in the bay". The Gallery was opened in June of 2005 and has exhibited some of the best in Scottish art.
 
 
 Exhibitions
The Gallery holds upto 8 exhibitions a year.
 
 
Each exhibition will open with a preview evening at the Gallery. Refreshments are served at the preview.

The Gallery also offers a free Art Consultancy Service. 
 
 
Clients can come to the Gallery by appointment and discuss their requirements.
 
 
Alternatively a representative from the Gallery can come to you home or workplace and give advice on choosing and hanging artworks.

 Commissions
It might be that you like the work of a particular artist but have a specific image in mind.
 
It may be possible for some of our artists to undertake commissions.
